Academics

Eakin Elementary follows the Columbus City Schools curriculum that is aligned to the state of Ohio standards.  Students are provided daily instruction that is tailored to their grade assignment. Students who need additional support receive opportunities to tackle content during Tier 2 and Tier 3 scaffold lessons. Our goal is to provide equitable access to grade level content with scaffold support to ensure each student develops the necessary skills to become successful problem solvers.
